With 12 years of experience in private and public practice as a Clinical Psychologist and 8 years of training yoga teachers, Melody can support you in navigating the waters of holding space for others' emotional experiences and growth. She is transparent, inspirational, and offers real-life examples of how to respond in the moment when overwhelm, depletion, or anxiety set in.

If you are an experienced teacher or just beginning to facilitate, Melody will guide you with compassion and empathy into upleveling your capacity to harness self-regulation, self-care, and self-esteem while holding space for students.

Dr. Melody Moore, RYT-500 is a social entrepreneur dedicated to disrupting the systems that uphold comparison culture and set up conditions of worthiness. She’s a Clinical Psychologist, author, and the founder of Embody Love Movement. Her work has been featured in National Geographic, Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and through chapters in the books Yoga and Body Image (eds. Klein and Guest-Jelly) and Yoga for Eating Disorders (eds. Costin and Kelly). Melody is a faculty member at OTM, and leads retreats and trainings around the world and online.
