Off the Mat, Into the World Trainings

We are the bridge between yoga, self-awareness and effective community action through continuing education.

We are a collective of yogis, educators, and activists working in collaboration with global and local leaders using trainings, online courses, and community service projects to evoke and support grassroots change. Our trainings are dedicated to supporting people in becoming conscious and effective community leaders, covering topics such as trauma, social justice foundations, connecting with our passion and purpose, and linking embodied practice with effective social change work. Our Founders: Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, M.A., & Suzanne Sterling are internationally known for their yoga practice as activism work. Committed to conscious, sustainable social change, the trio launched OTM in 2007 as a global community-focused leadership training organization for activists.
